This website is a private preview. The bag and enquiry form do not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. The terms below are a draft for the future shop and must be finalised before checkout opens.
Products and prices
We supply Grade A Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods. Pack options are sold by the stated pod count or net weight. Pod dimensions will be confirmed before launch. Vanilla is a natural product, so individual appearance and weight can vary; this does not change the promised pack quantity or agreed description.
The proposed 100 g packaging illustration is a design preview. It is not a photograph of a finished retail pack or a guarantee of an exact pod count. Final product information, storage guidance and packaging will be published before orders open.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be included in the total shown before payment. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Ordering and payment — proposed launch process
You will be able to review and correct your order before paying. An automated receipt will acknowledge your request; we will accept the order when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept it because of availability, a pricing error or delivery restrictions, we will explain and promptly refund any payment taken. Payment methods will be displayed once the payment service has been connected.
Delivery, cancellation and complaints
Read our delivery information and returns and cancellations policy. We remain responsible for your goods until they reach you or someone you have nominated, except where the law provides otherwise.
For a complaint, email omgvanilla.uk@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and explain the next steps. Wholesale quantities and international supply require an agreed quotation.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your statutory consumer rights. English law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available in your place of residence.
