Who we are
Our trading name is OMG Vanilla. Contact omgvanilla.uk@gmail.com or call +44 7949 984210.
Before launch: confirm the legal seller and full business postal address. These details must be added here and to the returns information.
Information we handle
When you enquire, you provide your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Any order details copied from your bag are included in the message. Please do not include passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
How the current enquiry form works
The form opens your email application with a prepared message. It does not send the enquiry automatically. We receive the message only when you send it to our email address. Your email service also handles that message under its own privacy terms.
We use enquiry information to answer questions, prepare quotes and discuss potential orders. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing.
Hosting and communications
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Enquiries are received through our Gmail account. Service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs to operate and protect their services. We may share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell your personal information.
Before checkout launches: confirm and name the payment and delivery providers, document any international transfers and safeguards, and update this notice to cover order processing.
How long information is kept — proposed retention
We propose to keep routine enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact unless they lead to an order or a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Order and accounting records will normally be retained for up to six years, or longer where required by law. These arrangements must be confirmed before launch.
Storage on your device
The bag is stored in your browser’s local storage so it remains when you move between pages or revisit using that browser. A draft bag enquiry is stored in session storage while you move to the contact page. You can remove individual bag items or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. The current custom website code does not add advertising pixels or analytics tools. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies or similar storage for security and access.
Your choices and rights
Contact omgvanilla.uk@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent apply where relevant. We may need to verify your identity and keep information where the law requires it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Draft prepared 8 November 2026.
