UK delivery
Free standard UK delivery on orders of £25 or more, calculated on the goods subtotal after any discounts, excluding delivery.
Proposed rate for review: £3.95 standard UK delivery for orders below £25. This rate is not yet applied to the bag. The postage service and final packed dimensions must be confirmed before launch.
Dispatch and arrival
In-stock orders are dispatched the same or next working day after payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or there is an unexpected dispatch delay.
Proposed standard service: Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated arrival 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is a delivery aim, not a guarantee, and some postcode areas take longer. Confirm the service before orders open.
International enquiries
For destinations outside the UK, contact us before ordering. We will check whether we can supply your destination and provide a delivery quote. Any applicable customs, import taxes and delivery conditions will be explained in the quote before you decide to buy. International delivery is not covered by the free UK offer.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
Email omgvanilla.uk@gmail.com with your order number and delivery postcode if there is a delivery problem. Please keep damaged packaging and send photographs if possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your consumer rights are not affected by carrier delays or claims procedures.
The final delivery cost and estimated times will be shown before you pay. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
